Prior to joining FTL, Vicky worked for 6 years in the same role at Lloyd Warwick Limited where she oversaw numerous investments on behalf of the company, largely in property, (both residential and commercial). Her last two years at Lloyd Warwick saw her work alongside her Father, (Dudley Chapman) and CFO Nicky Coulter in the start-up of LWI, a specialist loss adjusting firm based in the City of London.
Prior to her move into the commercial world, Vicky worked in a secondary comprehensive school in Newham, London where she taught Science. Committed to pedagogy, Vicky was involved with numerous research projects with King’s College London’s Centre for Research in Education in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (CRESTEM), including CASE: Cognitive Acceleration through Science Education.
Vicky studied Sports Science at Loughborough University where she went on to complete an MSc in Business before moving to London to study at the Institute of Education. Now residing in Buckinghamshire, Vicky is excited to share FTL’s mission to a broader audience.
